Finally, the bugle has been sounded for the most keenly awaited election in recent times. The election is a test for more than 10 crore young and new voters, parties and the Election Commission of India. After a long time, all major parties have provided thrust on effective and stable governance, which is the crying demand of the people. The new voters have an opportunity to make history. In their correct choice lies the chance to wipe off the corrupt Government of the last 10 years and bring in a mature and clean Government.
The political future of many politicians is at stake. This will be a litmus test for the Congress, and only a reasonably good show by the party will prevent its edifice from becoming rubble. The Third Front is in a make-or-break situation. History is beckoning Mr Narendra Modi and the BJP. Only a miracle can prevent the NDA, led by Mr Modi, from taking over the reigns from the UPA.
