Sir — Mr Rahul Gandhi seems confused when he says that the judiciary and Press are not under the Right to Information Act. The judiciary is already under the RTI Act, and one section of the Press can be covered by the legislation.
Mr Gandhi says that the RTI Act is UPA’s achievement, and takes credit for establishing ‘internal democracy’ within the Congress. The bare truth is that he has done little to get political parties under the RTI.
