Sir — The numbers thrown by the electorate at the last hustings in Delhi were such that no stable Government could be formed. The role of all the four characters in the deadlock — the three principal parties and the lieutenant Governor — was questionable. A few grey areas need to be looked into, in keeping Assemblies in suspended animation for close to a year. Now that a fresh election is to be held soon, the electorate of Delhi must be decisive with its vote.
