Although the Government is doing its bit to regulate the service sector, many players, especially in the website designing industry, are indulging in malpractices. Recently, with a hope to increase online presence, I hired a website designer, Sbeta Technology in Delhi. While the company took full payment to design the website, it did not complete the work. Hence, I got my website designed from some other firm. Shockingly, Sbeta Technology took full credit for my website that was created by someone else. I hope the Government will take measures to curb this menance.
