Sir — This refers to the report, “BJP to ‘cash in’ on NaMo mantra” (July 16). The BJP is very smartly trying to cash in on the frustration and anger of the Indian youth on issues of unemployment, lack of opportunities and a system that has failed to live up to their aspirations and hopes.
But by talking of ‘Hindutva’ and not addressing real issues of empowerment, development, sagging economy, security and corruption, is the party really doing justice to the people who flock to hear its leaders speakIJ
As the principal Opposition, the BJP has behaved irresponsibly and failed to protect the interest of the nation and the people, by stalling the functioning of Parliament and allowing the ruling regime to bulldoze its way on crucial issues and policies.
