Sir — This refers to the report, “Opposition disrupts governor Naik’s speech in UP Assembly” (May 16). The incident isn’t an aberration but each time it is disgusting to watch such incidents. The Uttar Pradesh Assembly was always a picture of anarchy, but by throwing paper balls at the Governor and blowing whistles during his address, some MlAs crossed a line. They should be severely reprimanded.
