Sir — This refers to the article, “Kashmir’s rudalis and silent heroes” (October 13) by Abhijit Iyer-Mitra.
One had only to listen to the questions an Indian journalist had asked the people who had gathered to hear Prime Minister Narendra Modi speak at Madison Square Garden, to understand to see how vested interests and a biased media have been denting the prestige of not only India, but non-resident Indians as well.
