Sir — At a time when India is battling problems such as terrorism and the conversion controversy, besides the regular violence along the India-Pakistan border, for much of the past year, was it necessary for Surat Police to carry out a mock drill against ‘terrorists’, with one of the ‘culprits’ wearing a skull capIJ Such bias on the part of Gujarat Police has to be sternly discouraged, and the supervisor of the mock drill should be brought to book.
