Sir — This refers to the article, “PMO must get around its Parliament problem” (December 24) by Gautam Mukherjee. The author has rightly said that the Modi Government has to find an alternative to deliver on its promises.
The BJP-ruled States, their Chief Ministers, and the voters are all supportive of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development agenda. Other non-BJP States like Odisha and Tamil Nadu too are in favour of the BJP’s progressive agenda. It’s high time that the NDA Government realises that it is better not to count on the Opposition. Instead, it should use Central and State initiatives for the nation’s progress.
