Sir — This refers to the editorial, “A strategy gone wrong” (August 12). The editorial has unequivocally and rightly stated that, after the drubbing the Congress received in the 2014 general election, the people had presumed that the party would learn from the blunders it had made and work in unison with other opposition parties in the interest of the nation. But the Congress has belied that expectation.
Party stalwarts should introspect on the level of damage they are doing by their irresponsible conduct in Parliament. They have taken its prestige to a nadir. It’s still not late to make amends
