Sir — The chorus for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s resignation by the likes of Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee, in collusion with other opposition parties, is ridiculous.
Criticisms against Modi are malicious propaganda to tarnish the image of the Government. Critics must understand that baseless charges will backfire. The Congress has paid for it. While issue-based criticisms are welcome, mud-slinging will not further the prospects of the Congress and its allies.
