The hard reality is that there is no level playing field for India and China in military prowess. This is glaringly evident in the body language of the diminutive Union Minister for Defence, under whose watch India has become the largest arms importing nation in the world.
China, in the meantime, has recently replaced Britain from the fifth position of world’s largest arms exporting nation. Can an arms importing nation stand up to the might of one of the biggest arms exporting nationIJ The answer is evident.
