Sir — This refers to the article, “An inflamed sense of victimhood” (August 10) by KG Suresh. The victimhood syndrome is due to the Nehru-Gandhi parivar’s Muslim appeasement, vote-bank politics. There is no reason for the Hindus to keep bending over backwards to accommodate the minorities. And yes, many rights groups seem to suffer from amnesia: Hindu killings don’t seem to bother them.
