Sir — This refers to the editorial, “An untenable situation” (August 6). By indulging in unparliamentary behaviour and bringing the Parliament to a standstill, the Opposition has made it apparent that it is dodging a debate because it is not well armed with facts.
That both the ruling party and the Opposition have skeletons in their closets is well known. The Government has failed to pose any convincing argument in the defence of its allegedly ‘tainted’ Ministers. By suspending 25 Congress MPs, the Speaker of the House has only exacerbated the situation.
