This refers to the editorial, “Wolf in wolf’s clothing” (October 30). Former Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf has revealed that Pakistan supported and trained the Taliban and called for terrorists from all over the world to fight the Soviet forces in Afghanistan. He has also said that the US provided trillions of dollars of military aid to Pakistan, ignoring India’s claim that Pakistan used terror as a state-policy, patronised the anti-India terrorist organisations and used the US military aid against India to achieve its political goals. The US must now admit its mistake and stop all military aid to Pakistan forthwith.
