Sir — It is a pity that HD Kumaraswamy had to shed tears in a party meeting over the hardships being faced by him in discharging his duties as the Chief Minister. He expressed deep concern over the pinpricks he is forced to bear in steering his Cabinet. The main reason for this is nothing but the big brotherly attitude of the Congress and its in-disciplined legislators.
It is unfortunate that forgetting the main agenda for forming the alliance viz, keeping the BJP out of power, the Congress is engaged in condemnable underground activities that has made the Chief Minister shed tears in public.
It’s high time for Congress chief Rahul Gandhi to intervene and direct his colleagues in Karnataka to behave, lest they become a laughing stock in the eyes of the electorate before an agonised Chief Minister takes a decision to call it quits if he is unable to bear their tantrums.
