Sir — Congress chief Rahul Gandhi is a non-serious politician; he does not have the ability to improve his skills as a public speaker. His choice of words is ambiguous. His recent challenge, where he dared the Prime Minister to allow him to speak in the Parliament for 15 minutes, is not even worth to be considered for a debate.
