Sir - This refers to the editorial "Nobody killed Aarushi" (October 13). Three trials and no conviction is a sorry state of affairs of our justice delivery system. That even CBI could not crack the case is a matter of concern. Many questions remain unanswered in this case. No outsider entered the house. Only the Talwar couple were inside. A golf club was recovered from the house. Somebody had drinks in Aarushi's room and there were blood stains on the glass. Fingerprints could not be established. More evidence was reported to have been destroyed in the initial days. There's something fishy here.
