Sir — This refers to the editorial, “Adityanath’s acid test” (July 4). In Uttar Pradesh, a woman has faced acid attack for the fifth time for seeking justice against those who allegedly gang-raped her in 2008. Why are we so selective in raising our voices against rape/ murder/ acid attackIJ Why do we not raise our voice as clearly as we did on the Nirbhaya caseIJ How can criminals disregard our justice delivery systemIJ The victim’s nine-year-wait for justice and multiple attacks on her in the due process portrays the image of our country in bad light. Justice delayed means no justice at all.
