Sir — This refers to the article, “Kashmir’s problem and resolution” (May 10) by Sudip Bhattacharyya. Kashmiri Muslims owe unconditional apologies to Kashmiri Hindu refugees. Perpetrators can not pretend to be victims. Intellectuals who support directly or indirectly the separatists and their depredations
