Sir — Even as we celebrate the International Women’s Day on March 8 every year, it is high time we introspect and bring necessary changes in our mindset and do not just celebrate this day symbolically. We all have to do our bit to not only bring gender equality in our society, workplace and every where, but start giving utmost respect to the women lot for what they do at home, in the corporate world, in sports and any other sphere of the society.
As women are marching step to step with men in almost every sector, it is high time Indian Inc treats them equally and give them all responsibility and monetary compensation without any gender bias. We, as responsible citizens of society, need to change our mindset and respect women as equal members of society.
