Sir — This refers to the editorial, “Note-worthy decision” (November 10). We all know that the root cause of black money is corruption. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a bold stand to cleanse the Indian economy. However, political parties are unnecessarily creating a hue and cry over the ‘people’s suffering’ due to long queues.
The fact of the matter is that the people are with the Prime Minister and are ready to stand in long queues because they are aware that, after a few days’ struggle, they will be free from the nasty misrule of corruption, which lead to the menace of black money.
