Sir — This refers to the article, “Failed leaderIJ Future leaderIJ Take a call” (September 16) by Kalyani Shankar. The latest shock to the grand old party is the storm in Arunachal Pradesh, where the party again lost its Government. It seems there are a lot of woes waiting for the party.
Whether Congress vice president will be elevated as the president of the party, is a big question. The party’s credibility is at stake. The so-called ‘khat pey charcha’, was an embarrassment for the party. The farmers, who assembled, were more interested in taking away the cots, than in listening to Rahul Gandhi.
