Sir — This refers to the article, “The Indian bureaucracy is unmanageable” (September 5) by Joginder Singh. With no accountability, the babus are having a merry time. Further, the judiciary too has been lenient towards them. With the entire system of babus, cops and judiciary, ganging up against the common man, we have now become a laughing stock for many countries in the world.
