Contemporary Indian psyche and stereotyping communities are to be blamed. There is a lack of social adaptiveness that contradicts the credo, Atithi devo bhava. Racial hatred and fear of outsiders is deeply entrenched in Indian society. A dedicated special inspector must be appointed for protecting the interests of all communities, especially that of foreign nationals.
