This refers to the article, “Congress’s new nightmare” (March 18) by Rajesh Singh. Apart from the likes of overt Congressmen like Kapil Sibal and Abhishek Manu Singhvi, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has to also fight against the Bharatiya Janata Party’s own covert Congressmen and Trojan horses.
My view is that a lot of pressure is being applied on Swamy, by some within the party, to back off, but to no avail. Moreover, after coming to power, the BJP Government has brushed all its pre-poll promises (like the one on black money) under the carpet. It has made similar excuses that former Union Minister P Chidambaram had made.
