This refers to the editorial, “Congress-Ishrat Jahan” (March 3). The Congress-led UPA Government’s top Ministers were out to de-link Ishrat’s links with terror in order to demean the then Gujarat Government headed by Mr Narendra Modi.
The Congress even manipulated a second affidavit at the highest political level to prove that the Gujarat Government killed an ‘innocent’ Ishrat in a fake encounter.
This shows the mindset of the leaders of the Congress who can also manipulate the death of a Dalit student Rohith Vemula at the Hyderabad University or support anti-national incidents at the Jawaharlal Nehru University to discredit the Modi Government by hook or crook.
