While the Congress stalled the entire Winter Session, it is now the left’s turn to wash out the Budget Session. The economy may perhaps take a little longer to recover. But if the Jawaharlal Nehru University crisis is a prelude to the polarisation of votes in view of the upcoming Assembly polls in various States, the political gamble will prove to be detrimental.
