This refers to the editorial, “Shot in the arm for BJP” (February 18), The Congress could have won the Hebbal seat in Karnataka if only local leaders, rather than the so-called ‘high command’ pandering to tokenism and minority vote considerations, had prevailed. But who can ever accuse the Congress of learning its lessons!
