Sir — This refers to the editorial, “The ‘happy to help’ motto” (February 8). It is heartening to see that Union Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj has taken the extra mile to reach out to ordinary Indian citizens in a manner that is inspiring and exemplary. Be it rescuing citizens stranded in conflict zones to helping those in dire distress, Ms Swaraj has managed to make diplomacy work for whom it ideally should — the aam aadmi. By making herself accessible to the ordinary citizens, Ms Swaraj has proved that, where there’s a will, there’s a way. She must continue with the good work.
