Recent cases of rape in Jaipur and Gurgaon points to the fact that India has become a country of ‘the fearless rapists’. Clearly, unless and until there is no fear of death sentence, the number of rapes and gang rapes will keep on increasing. Therefore, capital punishment is the need of the hour for all rapists.
