Sir — This refers to the article, “No road to recovery in sight for the Congress” (January 19) by Balbir Punj. The writer correctly points out that, by merely taking cheap potshots, the Congress is not going to revive. Its leaders should take serious steps to re-rebuild the grand old party for the masses. In any case, the Congress will be required to lead the country by learning to govern properly.
