It is the media that pinpoints wrongdoing of Governments. There is no point in the Telangana Chief Minister threatening the Press because it will not be cowed down. Even during the Emergency, a section of the media had stood up against Indira Gandhi and her regime. Mr Rao must keep a check on his utterances and concentrate on the governance of his new State.
