Was that not a constitutional position to be manned by persons who would be non-political while discharging their functionsIJ What has happenedIJ The Congress since decades has politicised so many constitutional positions. The BJP-led regime will not be able to correct this rot in a day, but it has at least stated that it will eventually bring corrective measures.
