Sir — This refers to the editorial, “IM is not all that Indian” (January 6). ‘Secular’ parties will consider an act as terror only in certain, select cases. It depends on who can be framed.
The National Investigation Agency has to produce the ‘right’ persons on whom a crime of terror can be plausibly foisted. The rest can go free and unscathed.
