The cyber crime police of State Crime Branch with the help of the Commissionerate police of Cuttack on Thursday arrested one person for allegedly morphing an obscene photograph of a girl with that of a Minister and circulating the same after uploading it on internet.
The youth was produced before SDJM court of Bhubaneswar same day from where he was remanded in judicial custody. According to Crime Branch police release, State School and Mass Education Minister Rabi Narayan Nanda in February lodged a complaint with cyber police alleging that a morphed obscene
photograph with his image was uploaded on internet for circulation among public.
