The Uttar Pradesh Congress attacked Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for bringing out ‘White Paper’ on failure of successive Governments in the State. It is evident that the Yogi Government has no achievements to speak of, the Congress said.
“If State Government has made great achievements during first six-months of their rule, why Yogi preferred to enter the State Assembly through back door instead of going to the public on basis of it’s work and seek their mandate again”, said Satyadeo Tripathi, chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Media Committee.
“Yogi was well aware of it’s complete failure to lead this state hence instead of facing a sure defeat in the battle of ballots, he used the entire government to force some Opposition Party’s MlCs to resign and later to get himself and four of his colleagues all through the back door”, Tripathi claimed.
He also said the BJP is also not holding urban bodies polls, university students’ union polls, and will also avoid to go for bypolls for Gorakhpur, Phoolpur Parliamentary seats vacated by Yogi and Keshav Prasad Maurya, as the party knows well that they will face defeat for cheating the public.
