"Samba spy case was a gigantic fraud played by some Military Intelligence Officers on Nation misusing the rules regarding National Security," said the veteran officers.

Including the entire officers and jawans of Samba unit was terminated on this case, which later turned to be a total false and around 200 persons including civilians were arrested, tortured and prosecuted for decades.

The retired officers pointed out that due to the stiff and non-responsive stand taken by the top officers of Defence Ministry, they did not get justice from Judiciary also, though the spy case was turned to be false and fabricated one.
