In a tragic mishap, a 35-year-old woman died after falling down accidentally from 17th floor flat of a 42-storey building at Paud Phatta locality in Pune on Tuesday. The woman, identified as one Anushri Pande, had gone to see a sample flat when the mishap took place. Anushri was a resident of Pune’s Bavdhan locality. The 42-storey building, being constructed by the Kumar Developers, is the tallest structure developed so far in Pune. The building, in which the mishap took place, is still under construction. Soon after they came to know of the mishap, the police rushed to the spot and took Anushri’s body to the state-run Sassoon General Hospital. Meanwhile, the Pune police are investigating the circumstances leading to the mishap.
