The Uttar Pradesh Government clarified on Tuesday that it could consider a CBI probe into the gruesome murder of a 35-year-old woman in Mohanlalganj, if the family members give their demand in writing.'“We have not received any demand from the family members of the victim in writing about the CBI probe so far. We could only consider it when we receive the request,” Chief Secretary Alok Ranjan told reporters here on Tuesday.
