Shame the Rapist campaign, launched by a Hyderabad-based women’s rights activist Sunita Krishnan, has yielded results as a sexual offender shown in a video clip on WhatsApp harassing two women was arrested in Odisha.
The matter hit headlines few days back when the Supreme Court took the matter (suo moto) and issued notice to the Delhi Police. Sunita Krishnan launched the campaign on social media asking the people to identify the group of five sexual offenders seen in the video clip committing atrocities against two helpless women.
