The NGT has issued bailable warrants against officials of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) and National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) as no one appeared on their behalf despite notices issued on a plea opposing expansion of a stretch of the National Highway 37, running through Kaziranga National Park.
