Uninterrupted supply of oxygen is being ensured in the State. On Saturday, the Indian Air Force aircraft C17 Globe Master took over and flew from Jodhpur to Jamnagar with 3 empty tankers. Tankers will be filled with oxygen from Jamnagar by road. Two 30-ton tankers will reach Jodhpur. While a 15 tonne oxygen tanker will reach Udaipur in the early hours of Sunday.
It is noteworthy that in a virtual meeting of the Chief Minister with the Prime Minister on Friday, an Army aircraft was agreed to transport oxygen. After the meeting, the tanker has been taken from Jodhpur to Jamnagar by air cargo today. This will save the time it takes to reach the tanker via road.
