A piquant situation arose in the VVIP area of the State capital when Ujjwala Sharma, mother of the biological son of former Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Narayan Dutt Tiwari, staged a dharna and later forcefully entered the official residence of Tiwari, on Friday afternoon.
After holding a dharna for around four hours, Ujjwala with the support of the ND Tiwari Vichar Manch activists, entered the house situated in the posh Mall Avenue in the presence of policemen and mediapersons. Police said that they will talk to Tiwari and if he is not ready then Ujjwala will have to leave the house.
later in the night, OSD of Tiwari, send a mail to newspaper claiming to have resigned from the post as he alleged ‘larger conspiracy” by Ujjwala to defame him. He claimed that Ujjwala, her son and some goons forcibly entered Tiwari’s house in an inebriated state and created nuisance while Tiwari was resting on Friday afternoon.
Apprehending threat to Tiwari’s life, Bhatt also claimed to have appraised the Home Department of the threat faced from Ujjwala.
Earlier during the day, Ujjwala sent an application to the police alleging that the OSD of Tiwari, Bhawani Dutt Bhatt was not allowing her to meet the ex-CM. “Bhatt is restricting me from meeting Tiwari and telling me that the Congress leader do not want to meet me. But I want to meet Tiwari in person and if he says then I will not stay for a second in the house,” Ujjwala told reporters here.
Ujjwala was trying to meet Tiwari for the past couple of days and recently she had stopped the car of the ex-CM in front of the coffee house in the busy Hazratganj area. On Thursday also, Ujjwala held a brief dharna in front of the house but she did not get any success in getting inside the house. Ujjwala’s son Rohit has been accepted by Tiwari as his biological son and he even tried to get a lok Sabha ticket for Rohit from the Congress in Uttarakhand.
