Tihar authorities have filed a complaint against its law officer Sunil Gupta for irregularities of grant in aid given by Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPRD) for various training programmes such as seening is learning, training of traners. The complaint has been filed to Principal Secretary (home) of Delhi government and BPRD. According to complaint, a bank account was also opened in his name to manage the fund received as grant in aid from BPR&D which was operated by him solely.
