PUTTAPARTHI — Sri Sathya Sai District Superintendent of Police S Satish Kumar, IPS, wished citizens, media representatives and police personnel a Happy Vijayadashami on Monday, October 19.
He and his wife, Dharanya, took part in the Ayudha Puja at the District Police Office, offering prayers to Goddess Durga, along with the police armory weapons and departmental vehicles. He said he hoped the festival of victory would bring joy, peace and prosperity across the district.
Additional Superintendent of Police Ankita Surana, IPS, Armed Reserve Deputy Superintendent of Police Srinivasulu and other senior officers also attended the ceremony.
