Those accused have been identified as Sonu, Mandeep, Sumit, Nitin, Ram Singh and Rakesh, the police said. They have been accused of beating up a manager of an MNC company, and his female friends.

The incident had taken place on the intervening night of August 7 and 8, when a man had gone with his friends to a Casa Danza club located in Udyog Vihar phase-2.

The complainant Mayank Chaudhary alleged in his complaint that he was beaten up by a group of 8-10 bouncers after one of them allegedly touched his female friend inappropriately.

The accused bouncers beat the complaint and his female friends mercilessly after they confronted one of the bouncers for misbehaving with a woman from their group.

The video of the incident had gone viral on social media platforms. In the video, a man and woman can be seen being beaten up by the bouncers on the road. Meanwhile, following the brawl incident, the Gurugram police soon will start verification of bouncers.

"We have strictly ordered the different agencies to follow our directions as to maintain law and order situation. Such incidents will not be tolerated anyhow," Sangwan said.

In a statement, the club said: “We condemn the violence, which took place outside our premises between a group of visitors and third party security agency personnel.

"We deny the molestation allegations surrounding the bodyguard, as evident in the surveillance footage we have reviewed. Confirming that there was no misdemeanour or untoward act by such security agency personnel against the alleged female or any other member of their group".

The club, however, stressed that "under no circumstance should bodyguards have resorted to violence and we understand all our patrons that we have fired the errant individuals, commenced legal proceedings and strict action is being taken against the security personnel involved," it said.
