Delhi police took Abdullah Danish on 10 days remand to clear the doubts that the Delhi Police and agencies have about him. Since the establishment of SIMI, there are many questions about the connection to the Indian Mujahideen, whose answers are yet to be revealed. His family, relatives and close friends are also on the radar of agencies.

The team of Delhi Special Cell Inspector Shiv Kumar and Karmaveer Singh arrested Danish from the flat number C-3 of the third floor of Dodhpur’s Shami apartment. He was taken to Delhi from here and after interrogation, police came again here to leave his wife.

A ten-day custody remand has also been approved. According to Delhi Police, apart from Delhi Police, agencies will also interrogate him on different aspects for the next ten days.

Delhi Police believe that when SIMI President Shahid Badar Fallah and Secretary Safdar Nagori were arrested from Zakir Nagar area of ??Delhi, then their links with Pakistani terror organization Indian Mujahideen were exposed.

During that time, Danish was also living and working in Zakir Nagar. Therefore, there is a possibility of his engagement in all those activities. Serial blasts took place in the country in the same period. The Aligarh connection of Abu Bashar and Nagauri was also revealed. Abu Bashar came to stay at Abdullah Danish's house. Keeping in mind all these, the police will interrogate him about SIMI as well as IM.

It is the effort of Delhi Police that Abdullah Danish will also reveal information about the missing members of SIMI who have disappeared from the police radar.

Agencies are also interrogating the inspector Mohanif, the owner of the flat where Abdullah and his family have been staying.

Delhi Police arrested Abdullah Danish, a wanted member of SIMI, who had been absconding for 19 years from the Kelanagar area. Delhi Police says that they are accused in the 2008 bomb blast in Ahmedabad. But Ammar Abdullah, the elder son of accused Danish Abdullah, has called all the allegations baseless. He said that his father's arrest came after he was prosecuted for sedition on a report published in a magazine.

Ammar said that a conspiracy was being hatched to implicate him as an accused in the Ahmedabad bomb blasts. According to Ammar, he has nothing to do with the bomb blast. However, he was the editor of the Movement of India magazine, in which he was facing trial for treason on a report in court. An arrest has been made in the same episode. Ammar said that as far as absconding is concerned, it is not true because he is submitting ITR. Constant government projects have also been found.

In March 2017, Khwaja Muin Uddin Chishti Urdu, Arabic University Lucknow gave a lecture by Danish on the subject of Experimental Problems in Translation, which got the memento. Ammar said that the Delhi Special Cell left his mother in the same apartment in Dodhpur. Ammar also took a statement from the Police to bring back his mother safely. Police also took some Urdu books and other documents from home.
