The day after Prime Minister Modi in a rally called Karnataka Chief Minister Seeda Rupaiyya Government calling it most corrupt, Karnataka Chief Minister retorted and called him most corrupt Prime Minister. Addressing the media on Wednesday at Koppal in Hyderabad-Karnataka region he called Modi most corrupt Prime Minister seen in his life.

He said, “I have not seen a more corrupt Central Government than the present one in my entire life. Prime Minister Modi himself is facilitating corruption. His Government is a 90% commission Government. Who is he to call our Government corruptIJ Who has allowed fraudsters like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi to flee the country with tens of thousands of crores public moneyIJ What was Modi doingIJ”

After PMs rally the focus has shifted from Hindutva, soft Hinudtva to corruption and the war of words also escalated as the elections in Karnataka are crucial for both the parties. BJP wants to unseat Siddaramaiah to make Congresss Mukth Karnataka and the Congress and its president Rahul Gandhi working overtime to keep the State to prove a point on his leadership.

Siddaramaiah went on to say Modi was the worst PM in the history of India and  said his statements were not reflective of a Prime Minister.

Chief Minister further said Modi was anti farmer. “Modi is against farmers and villagers. His Government policies are killing them. Yeddyurappa Government had opened fire on innocent farmers killing two of them in 2008. How can he claim that he is pro-farmerIJ”, he added.

Congress  working president in Karnataka Dinesh Gundu Rao  took Modi headon and said   NAMO means “Namage Mosa means “betraying us”.

Modi at Davanagere  in  a rally organized to celebrate 75 th birth day of lingayat strong man Yeddyurappa  had said, “You have such a chief minister here. Some people feel that in Karnataka there is Siddaramaiah government. But the fact is here there is seeda rupaiya sarkar. In everything there is seeda Rupaiya, only then work happens.” Yeddyurappa has been declared as the chief ministerial candidate for the saffron party.

In Mysuru in one of the rallies  Modi had called the Siddaramaiah government  “a 10 per cent commission government” which led to  war of  words between them.
