BJP national president Amit Shah will visit the city in early September to oversee progress in the expansion of the party’s base in West Bengal.
Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh said that Shah would be in the city for three days from September 10 to September 12. His programmes would be all Kolkata-specific.
Ghosh said, “Shah will meet party workers, leaders and intellectuals. He will take note of our progress in strengthening our organisation in the State and will conduct internal meetings.”
